This company is engaged in holding various firms involved in the provision of financial products and services. It was incorporated in June 1998. The registered business office of the company is located in Boadilla Del Monte, Spain. The company is responsible for strategic planning for the group and budget coordination as well as all major decisions relating to investments. It also supervises the subsidiary companies and collects their financial data for analysis and comparison with targets and budgets.
